Circulatory Massage

The most relaxing of all the modalities. By using long strokes along the body, this massage encourages the nervous system to be at peace while encouraging blood circulation. It uses a lighter to medium pressure and focuses more on keeping the body calm and moving stagnant blood, leaving your body to feel more rested and energized throughout the day.

One massage has the potential to equate a total of 8 hours of sleep.

Benefits of Circulatory Massage

This  style of massage is probably the most common and accessible amongst everyone, and for good reason. It helps people with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and more. Not meant to fix your physical ailments, but more geared towards improving how you feel mentally and internally. Although I scatter techniques from this style into all of my other massages, a full session of this modality can help give you the reset that your body needs to help you go through the rest of the week.
